WEBGL Browser Support

**Enabling WebGL for Optimal Performance of Mimeeq's 3D Configurator**

WebGL (Web Graphics Library) is a JavaScript API that allows browsers to render high-performance interactive 3D graphics. For the best experience with our 3D configurator, it's essential to ensure that your browser supports and has WebGL enabled. If you encounter issues, follow the steps below to check and enable WebGL for your browser:

**Google Chrome**

Open Google Chrome and type chrome://gpu in the address bar.
Under the Graphics Feature Status, look for WebGL. If it says "Hardware accelerated", WebGL is enabled.
If WebGL is disabled, go to chrome://flags.
Look for "Override software rendering list" and enable it.
Relaunch Chrome.

**Mozilla Firefox**

Open Firefox and type about:config in the address bar, then press Enter.
Click "I accept the risk!" if prompted.
In the search bar, type webgl.disabled.
If the value is set to true, double-click it to change it to false.

**Microsoft Edge**

Open Edge and click on the three horizontal dots (⋯) at the top right corner.
Go to Settings > System.
Under Browsing, ensure "Use hardware acceleration when available" is turned on.
Restart Edge.

**Safari**

Open Safari and go to Preferences.
Click on the Advanced tab.
At the bottom, check the box for "Show Develop menu in menu bar".
From the menu bar, select Develop > Enable WebGL.

Additional Troubleshooting Steps:

Ensure that your browser is updated to the latest version. Outdated browsers might not fully support WebGL.
If you're using a computer with dual graphics cards (integrated and dedicated), ensure that your browser is using the dedicated graphics card. You can check this in your computer's graphics settings.
Some browser extensions, especially ad blockers or graphics-related extensions, might interfere with WebGL. Try disabling extensions one by one to identify if any of them are causing the issue.
