About the Usage Dashboard
From April 2026, all Mimeeq plans include a monthly configurator session limit as part of the plan. The Usage Dashboard helps you monitor configurator session usage, manage usage alerts, and review other account usage limits in one place. You can access the dashboard from Settings → Customer Settings → Billing & Usage.

Monitor Configurator Session Usage
The Configurator Sessions widget displays your monthly configurator usage for up to the last 12 months.
If you use embed configurators, you can still check usage statistics for each configurator individually under Settings → Data → Embed Templates. The Usage Dashboard brings all of that data together in one place, giving you a complete overview without having to review each configurator separately.
The chart includes:
- standard configurator sessions,
- modular configurator sessions,
- your current monthly session limit.
What Is a Configurator Session?
A configurator session starts when a customer opens a configurator and ends when they:
- close the configurator,
- leave the page,
- or add the product to the basket.
A session is not affected by:
- time spent in the configurator,
- number of option changes,
- number of product variations created.
Note: Depending on your plan, modular configurators may count as 2 session credits.
View Monthly Usage Details
- Hover or click over a month in the chart.
- Review the usage breakdown in the pop-over.
The pop-over displays:
- monthly session limit,
- standard configurator sessions,
- modular configurator sessions,
- total sessions used,
- remaining sessions or extra sessions used.

Export a Detailed Usage Report
You can export a CSV report containing detailed configurator session data.
The report includes:
- product code,
- product name,
- configurator type,
- domain,
- embed template,
- session timestamp.
Export a usage report
- In the Configurator Sessions section, click Detailed Report.
- Select the required date range.
- Export the CSV report.

Manage Usage Alerts
Usage alerts help you monitor your monthly configurator session usage and receive notifications before reaching your limit.
Alert Types

100% Usage Alert | Sends an email notification when your monthly session limit is reached. |

Note: Each alert type is sent at most once per billing period.

Manage Alert Recipients

- Search for and select a user from the dropdown list.
- Click Save changes.
