Get the customer-configured quotation stages and lost reasons.

Use these reference values before setting a quotation’s stage or marking it lost.

Omit lang to receive every translated name map; provide lang to receive each selected name with English fallback.

Requires the quotations:read scope.

The API key exceeded its request rate (rate_limit_exceeded) or its monthly quota (quota_exceeded). Both carry Retry-After; the RateLimit-* headers accompany rate_limit_exceeded only, since a spent quota says nothing about the bucket.
