Update Product Category

Update the general fields (localized name, code, parent, status).

Read the existing product category first. Check the replacement rules below before sending a partial list or localized value.

Behaviour

Only the fields you send are changed; omitted fields keep their stored value.

Connected products are preserved. 409 if the code is taken.

Requires the productCategories:write scope.
