Update Global Option Set Options

Replace the full options list of a global option set.

Read the existing global option set first. Check the replacement rules below before sending a partial list or localized value.

Behaviour

This is a full replacement: each option is stored as sent, so include every field you want to keep (e.g.

filters, metafields) — omitting one clears it.

Option order (ordinal) is preserved by matching the option id.

Requires the globalOptionSets:write scope.
