Add Collection Set Option Sets

Add member option sets without sending the whole list.

Use this to add the supplied members without submitting the entire existing list. Review how matching IDs are handled below.

Behaviour

Ids already in the set are ignored, so the call is idempotent and never creates duplicates; new ids are appended after the current members.

Every id must name one of your option sets (404 global_option_set_not_found otherwise).

Name, status and tags are preserved.

Requires the collectionSets:write scope.
