# Update Price List

Replace the general configuration of a price list. The supplied mode selects the full required field set and can change the list’s mode.

Read Get Price List first and submit the complete applicable settings; this is not a partial field patch. Use Update Price List Prices to replace `FIXED` price rows and the Companies section to change company assignments.

Requires the `priceLists:write` scope.

General updates replace the applicable configuration for the selected mode; send the complete required field set. The `mode` field can also change the list's mode.\n\n> **Replacing fixed prices replaces every row.** Include all rows you want to retain.
